DENVER, Colo.—The business of adapted sports and the growing influence of the Paralympic movement will take center stage at the 6th annual Adapted Sport Leadership & Business Symposium (LABS), taking place virtually Oct. 29–30.

Hosted by Denver-based All In Sport Consulting, the online symposium will gather hundreds of leaders from across the sports, business, and disability sectors for two days of discussion on the economic and social impact of disability sport.

LABS 2025 will feature speakers from major institutions, including the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, U.S. Soccer Federation, Salt Lake City 2034, FIFA World Cup 2026, University of Pittsburgh, and pro teams like the Portland Trail Blazers and Arizona Diamondbacks. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. MT each day via Zoom.

“With two Paralympic Games coming to the U.S. over the next nine years, the sport business community must understand and engage in what is being called ‘the next great sport investment’ —disability sport,” says Dawna Callahan, founder and CEO of All In Sport Consulting. “LABS is the place to learn and tap into this amazing community of sport leaders and innovators.”

The symposium will also include the release of the industry’s only economic impact study on adapted sports, produced by All In Sport Consulting in partnership with Stitch Marketing Research and Huddle Up Group. Findings from the study will be presented during a featured session titled “The Economic Impact and Community Transformation of Hosting Large Adapted Sports Events,” scheduled for Oct. 30 at 9 a.m. MT.

Since its inception in 2020, the study has aimed to quantify the financial and community impact of hosting large-scale adapted sporting events across the U.S. LABS 2025 is presented by Florida’s Sports Coast and supported by sponsors including ADA Lift Rentals of America, Lakeshore Foundation, Turnstone, UpLift by Lexia.Solutions, and Visit Fort Wayne. Now in its sixth year, LABS continues to position itself as a premier event driving innovation and inclusion in adapted sports—from accessible facility design to fan engagement, youth sport development, and adaptive product design.
