Busy summer sports events season in Panama City Beach, Fla.

Panama City Beach, Fla., has a busy schedule of sports events this summer, including the Grand Slam World Series of Baseball running four weeks throughout June and July. 

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – Visit Panama City Beach is gearing up for an action-packed summer with a preview of exciting sporting events in the destination. With a lineup of tournaments ranging from baseball and fastpitch to youth football and soccer, Panama City Beach is projected to welcome 1,200 teams and 55,000 visitors to enjoy its premier sports facilities and beautiful beaches this June through August.

Grand Slam World Series of Baseball

Week 1: June 17-23 | Week 2: June 24-30 | Week 3: July 3-7 | Week 4: July 22-28

This year, the Grand Slam World Series of Baseball celebrates its 20th anniversary in Panama City Beach. Providing an experience unlike any other World Series event in the nation, the tournament offers four sessions in June and July, with games taking place at Frank Brown Park and Publix Sports Park. This year’s competition will host a total of 329 teams.

USFA Fastpitch World Series

Week 1: July 7-13 | Week 2: July 14-20

Experience two weeks of ultimate fastpitch fun in Panama City Beach at the USFA Fastpitch World Series. The competition, set to welcome 430 teams, will kick off July 7-13 with 7U-12U and continue from July 14-20 with 13U-18U.

Battle Sports Youth National Football Championship

Aug. 1-4

The Youth National Championship is an elite playoff series designed to offer youth football teams a platform to compete at a national level. The games will be held August 1-4 at Publix Sports Park, where the Youth National Championship will crown a champion at each age level from 6U to 14U.

Bay United/King’s Hammer Bash on the Beach

Aug. 31-Sept. 2

This youth soccer tournament will be held on Aug. 31-Sept. 2 at Publix Sports Park. The event will bring together more than 100 competitive boys and girls youth soccer teams, ranging from 9U to 19U, for an elite game experience.
