ANN ARBOR, Mich.—Playeasy announced Tuesday that Ann Arbor will host the 2026 Playeasy Innovators Summit, set for June 15–17 at The Vanguard Ann Arbor. The event brings together sports tourism and event industry leaders for three days of collaboration, innovation, and networking.
The summit will be hosted by the Ann Arbor Sports Commission for the second year, marking the first time the local commission will welcome its national peers for a conference of this scale.
“Ann Arbor has been a trusted, forward-thinking partner since Playeasy’s early days, and we’re beyond excited to bring our second Innovators Summit to a destination that truly embodies innovation and a deep-rooted sports and events culture,” says Kerri Shields, CEO of the Playeasy Network. “This Summit is about looking ahead—sharing ideas, building stronger partnerships, and shaping what’s next for our industry—and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it to life alongside the incredible team at the Ann Arbor Sports Commission.”
Meaghan Hughes, director of the Ann Arbor Sports Commission, says the event highlights the city’s reputation for creativity and sports excellence. “This event brings together innovative leaders in sports tourism, and we’re proud to host it in a community known for creativity, collaboration, and a long tradition of world-class sporting events,” she says.
