1st – Barber Beast on the Bay & Erie Sports Commission

“The Barber Beast on the Bay has evolved into one of the most impactful events that we support annually,” said Mark Jeanneret, executive director of the Erie Sports Commission. “We are extremely fortunate to have a team of talented individuals at the Institute who work together to execute an event that stretches light years beyond our mission. Not only does the Beast consistently attract participants from across the country, but it also embraces its mission to provide an opportunity for everyone to overcome whatever obstacle they may be facing.”

2nd – Grand Slam Sports Tournaments & Visit Panama City Beach

Grand Slam partnered with Panama City Beach back in 2004 with our very first World Series event.  The event was a four-day event that drew 61-teams held at Frank Brown Park.  Over the past 19-years we have grown from this one four-day weekend World Series event to Four full week long events in June & July every year at two state of the art complexes, Frank Brown Park and The new all turf 10-field Publix Sports Park.  From 61-teams in 2004 to now over 500-plus teams from more than 20 different States, Grand Slam Sports and Panama City Beach have become a winning combination in the youth travel baseball industry with Grand Slam providing on average a $25-million dollar economic impact to the World’s most beautiful beaches on an annual basis.

3rd – Visit PCB IRONMAN Florida & Visit Panama City Beach

Visit PCB IRONMAN Florida relationship started in November 1999 with full length triathlon.  Since then, Panama City Beach has hosted the event 25 years in a row! It was the only Iron Man race to take place during 2020, and it also voted the top-rated Iron Man event in the world that year. This year Visit Panama City Beach negotiated a five-year extension for the event until 2029.
