Two Busy Sports Weekends Set for Foley Sports Tourism (FST)
FOLEY, Ala. – Officials with Foley Sports Tourism (FST) said two busy weekends are planned with sporting events to include soccer and volleyball action at Foley Sports Tourism and the Foley Event Center April 6-8 and April 14-15.
The Smoky Mountain Soccer (SMS) Southern Coast Cup, is underway taking place April 6-8, with 79 teams competing for the High School Cup.
April 7-8, the “Battle of the Bay” volleyball tournament will take place at the Foley Events Center with an expected 100 teams to play over the course of the weekend.
April 14-15 is expected to be even busier when Foley Sports Tourism (FST) hosts the “Gulf Coast Invitational” soccer tournament. An anticipated 170 teams are expected to participate in the two-day tournament.
