
DECATUR, Ala. – Decatur Morgan County Tourism has announced its partnership with UpDog Challenge to host UpDog International Finals 2025, which is expected to be one of the largest disc dog events in the world.
The competition will take place from April 1-6, 2025, at the Spirit of America fields at Point Mallard Park. This event is set to attract top-tier teams from across the United States, Canada, and potentially Europe and South America.
Kat Fahle a founder of the UpDog Challenge says, “The competition will span five days, bringing together 350-400 human competitors and their talented dogs. We are looking forward to holding the event in Decatur, as the Point Mallard Park Spirit of America fields provide a perfect setting for our competition. Our competitors will enjoy exploring the beautiful area and experiencing the local hospitality.”
