
ERIE, Pa.— Erie is set to welcome some of the nation’s top NCAA Division II women’s basketball teams this fall for the 2025 CCA Women’s D2 Tip-Off Classic, presented by AHN Sports Medicine and AHN Pavilion. The three-day tournament, hosted by Edinboro University and Gannon University, will take place Nov. 7–9 at McComb Fieldhouse (Edinboro) and Highmark Events Center (Gannon).
The eight-team event officially tips off the 2025–26 women’s basketball season and features 12 games across both venues. Programs from across the country, including Northern Michigan, Cal (Pa.), Edinboro, Minnesota State, Mankato, North Georgia, Ferris State, Union, and Gannon, will compete in the showcase.

Daily discounted tickets for students, veterans and seniors are $10. Daily reserved tickets at Gannon are $20. Admission is free for current Edinboro and Gannon students. All daily tickets include both games.
