LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Team Travel Source has announced the hiring of Alisa Burch as its new director of operations. Burch brings more than 16 years of leadership experience from Varsity Spirit, where she most recently served as general manager for the Midwest region.
In her new role, Burch will oversee operational strategies for the hotel relations, customer experience, and quality assurance teams, driving initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and supporting the company’s growth.

During her tenure at Varsity Spirit, Burch gained extensive experience managing large-scale operations, cultivating key partnerships, and driving regional success.
Burch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Louisville. She also serves as an advisor for the university’s Chi Omega chapter, where she has provided guidance in recruitment and programming for more than 15 years.
Founded in 2012, Team Travel Source (TTS) is a leader in tournament housing for youth sports. The company partners with more than 200 tournament organizations, manages housing for more than 1,600 annual events, and books more than one million room nights each year.
