Erie to host broomball and women’s bowling tournaments this weekend

Hundreds of athletes and spectators are expected in Erie this weekend as the city welcomes two major sporting events—the Mid-Atlantic Broomball Tournament and the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Women’s Bowling Round Robin Tournament. The Mid-Atlantic Broomball Tournament, organized by the Pittsburgh Broomball Club, will take place at LECOM Sports Park. The event will feature men’s and women’s teams competing in full-ice tournament play under the latest American Broomball Alliance rules.
