IRONMAN hosting new IRONMAN 70.3 Dallas-Little Elm

IRONMAN will host the new IRONMAN® 70.3® Dallas-Little Elm triathlon in 2026. The new event is scheduled to make its debut on Sunday, March 15, 2026, beginning at Little Elm Park and traversing through the town of Little Elm and the North Texas countryside.

Unrivaled Flag to host flag football tournament in Canton, Ohio

Unrivaled Flag, the leader in youth flag football events and competitions in the country, will host the first-ever Gold Jacket Classic, in partnership with the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The event is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, at Unrivaled Sports’ ForeverLawn Park in Canton, Ohio. This one-day tournament will include boys’ and girls’ flag football divisions from 6U to 17U.

Detroit Amps to play first-ever home game

On Sunday, July 20, the Detroit Amplifiers ("Amps"), Motor City’s official BIG3 basketball franchise, will take center court at Little Caesars Arena, marking the team’s first-ever home game. The Amplifiers will host an afternoon of 3-on-3 pro basketball as part of the BIG3's Summer in the City tour.

Largest national sports championship event for athletes with a disability kicks off this weekend

The Hartford Nationals, the largest national sports championship event for athletes with a physical disability, visual impairment, and/or intellectual disability, will take place in Grand Rapids, Mich., from July 11 to 17. This year, 423 athletes and 161 coaches from 36 states and the District of Columbia will participate, marking the highest number of attendees yet.
