Visit Lake to host American Cornhole Championships in Clermont

Visit Lake, the City of Clermont and the American Cornhole Organization (ACO) are partnering to host the ACO Florida State Championships of Cornhole – Season 14. The event will be held May 24 – 25 at the Clermont Arts and Recreation Center, 3700 S. U.S. Highway 27 in Clermont.

Round Rock Unveils New Tourism Brand

ROUND ROCK, Texas — The City of Round Rock Sports Management and Tourism Department unveiled a new brand promoting the city as a sports tourist destination and a destination for business and leisure activities. “Go Round Rock!” is the new tourism brand reflected in the logo and can be used with or without the “Sports Capital of Texas” tagline.

Four Cities Named Finalists for New IRONMAN Triathlon

IRONMAN announced four finalists as potential hosts of the new IRONMAN triathlon in 2020: Des Moines, Iowa; Fayetteville, Ark.; Memphis, Tenn.; and Tulsa, Okla. The new event will be the first new, full-distance IRONMAN triathlon in the U.S. since 2014. IRONMAN representatives are visiting the four cities and the organization is expected to announce the new host city by mid-June.
