Colorado Springs announces new airline service for 2021

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Southwest Airlines (SWA) will begin serving Colorado Springs on March 11, 2021, providing additional and more affordable options to Colorado’s small airport, according to Cheryl McCullough, CSEE, director of sports & special events with Visit Colorado Springs.

SWA will fly five routes from COS with a total of 13 flights per day. From those five cities, there are easy connections that help to make traveling more convenient and hassle-free.

Colorado Springs Airport is a city-owned public civil-military airport six miles southeast of downtown Colorado Springs. It is the second busiest commercial service airport in the state after Denver International Airport.
