
LOUDOUN AND FAIRFAX COUNTIES, Va.—Loudoun and Fairfax counties will host the 2025 Chipotle-USA Hockey Girls Tier II 16U National Championships from April 2-6. This is the first USA Hockey National Championship for girls held in the Washington, D.C. area. Approximately 28 teams from 16 states in the under-16 girls division will compete for the national title at Ashburn Ice House in Ashburn and The St. James in Springfield. The games are free and open to the public.
This year, Northern Virginia was one of 11 locations across 10 states selected to host a National Championship. Visit Loudoun and Visit Fairfax (the official tourism organizations for Loudoun and Fairfax counties) collaborated on the bid to host the competition through their partnership in SportsNOVA,

The tournament is expected to produce an estimated economic impact of $1.2 million to the region.
