ERIE, Pa.— Ron Sertz, founder of the Erie Sports Commission is the Legacy Award winner presented each year by the Erie Times-News and GoErie.com as part of its Commitment to Erie Awards program.
Sertz will be honored at the annual Commitment to Erie Awards dinner at Erie’s Bayfront Convention Center on Sept. 19.
The awards program was created to honor businesses and nonprofit organizations for their demonstrated commitment to the community by the jobs they provide and spark the local economy. The program is in its eighth year.
