LINCOLN, Neb.—The 2024 Garmin Gravel Worlds, one of the most anticipated cycling events of the year, is scheduled to take place on Aug 22 to 24 at the Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln. This marks the 15th year of the annual event, and thousands of cyclists from around the globe will converge on the local communities to participate.
In addition to the thrilling race action, event organizers are inviting everyone to the start/finish line at the Sandhills Global Event Center. The area will buzz with action, live music, food trucks, local vendors, a full rider and runner expo, live panels with pro athletes, and other family-friendly activities.
Whether you are a cycling enthusiast, a volunteer, or a spectator, there’s something for everyone at the Garmin Gravel Worlds 2024. As participants ride through the scenic gravel roads of the region, community members are urged to be mindful of the increased cycling traffic both in town and out of Lincoln city limits.
