Brothers in Arms Diversity Scholarship Applications Available

HOUSTON, Texas — They’re four legendary quarterbacks on a mission to change lives.

Hall of Famer Warren Moon, Heisman Trophy winner Andre Ware, University of Texas legend Vince Young and Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson were all raised by single mothers who instilled the value of education in their sons.

Formed under the leadership of these four quarterbacks and in partnership with the Sports Authority Foundation, Brothers in Arms announced that they’re accepting applications for their 2021 class of diversity scholarships.

Eligibility requirements include that applications must be student-athletes, reside in a single-parent home and carry a 3.0 GPA or higher. They must also demonstrate leadership, a strong community service record and demonstrate financial need.

Brothers in Arms has increased scholarships from $5,000 to $7,500 this year and scholarship applications and full eligibility requirements are available at www.BrothersinArmsHouston.com/apply. The deadline to submit applications is Dec. 18, 2020.
