Saginaw Explores New Sports Complex
SAGINAW, Mich.—The team from Ripken Design visited several proposed sites in Saginaw that would be used for a sports complex.
According to Ripken Design Project Manager Dan Taylor, if the complex becomes a reality, it would provide a venue for competitive sports teams from across the Midwest to host tournaments and camps.
Saginaw’s New E.R.A. Community Group hired the design firm to conduct a feasibility study on the proposal for the complex, which would identify the potential cost of the construction and identify the type of property necessary. The company is expected to present the results of the study later this year.
