EVERETT, Wash.—
A 3-on-3 soccer tournament is set to make its debut in Everett this summer, bringing players and fans together for a daylong festival centered on the sport.

The Kick It 3v3 World Tour Fan Festival Tournament will take place on June 20 at Kasch Park in Everett. The event is open to participants of all ages and skill levels, with divisions for both youth and adults.

An estimated 60 to 100 teams are expected to participate, along with families and soccer fans from across the region. The event will feature short-format matches, sponsor activations, and community-focused activities as part of a broader festival atmosphere tied to global soccer celebrations.

Participants can register as part of a 3v3 team or compete individually in separate 1v1 and soccer tennis tournaments.

Youth divisions will range from under-six to under-19 for both boys and girls, while adult divisions will include men’s, women’s, and co-ed categories. Each team is guaranteed at least four games.

Teams competing in Everett will also have the opportunity to earn points toward qualification for the World Championship, scheduled for July 24-26 in Vail, Colorado.

“We’re thrilled to bring the Kick It 3v3 World Tour Fan Festival Tournament to Everett,” says Dan Stratford CEO, owner, and partner of Kick It Soccer 3v3. “This event is a great fit for the community and offers a unique experience for soccer players and fans to celebrate the World Cup together while supporting local businesses.”

The local sports commission is looking forward to hosting the tournament and welcoming players and their families, says Tammy Dunn, executive director of Snohomish County Sports Commission. “The sport of soccer is very popular in the Pacific Northwest,” Dunn says. “Hosting this 3v3 soccer tournament during the world’s largest soccer tournament creates a fun soccer experience the whole family can participate in.”

Kick It 3v3 Soccer, founded in 1990, is a grassroots small-sided soccer tournament tour in North America. The organization says its events are designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and community engagement while making the sport accessible to players of all skill levels.
