Adidas and Little League Unveil New Uniforms for 2019

Little League® Baseball and Softball and Adidas today unveiled the uniforms for the 2019 Little League World Series (LLWS) tournaments, which will make their on-field debut at the start of the Senior League Baseball World Series in Easley, S.C., on July 27.

New Sports Facility Coming Soon to Minneapolis Northwest

A new turf field facility is set to open in August in Maple Grove in the Minneapolis Northwest Tourism area (Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove), about 20 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The $12 million recreation facility is designed for youth soccer, lacrosse or football tournaments and is in a convenient location for sports organizers, according to Minneapolis Northwest Tourism.

U.S. Figure Skating Announces 2020 Locations for Theatre on Ice

Theatre on Ice (TOI) is a form of competitive figure skating that combines figure skating elements with theatre and dance. Teams consist of between eight and 24 skaters. The programs are judged by U.S. Figure Skating judges and are evaluated on technical merit and presentation. Judging also includes an emphasis on originality, costumes, artistry and music.

BMX Freestyle and Racing Teams announced for 2019 Pan American Games

USA Cycling announced today the six athletes who will represent the U.S. at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru for BMX Freestyle and BMX Racing. Among the athletes is current BMX Freestyle World Champion Justin Dowell (Virginia Beach, Va.) and 2017 BMX Freestyle World Champion Hannah Roberts (Buchanan, Mich.).
